Return & Exchange Policy
Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase from us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and if for any reason you are not, we are here to help. We encourage you to review our policy and feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. We value your trust and are committed to providing you with a positive experience.

You may Return or Exchange your unused product within 30 days* of the shipping date for a full refund of the product total, the item must be returned in like-new condition and in its original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs associated with item returns. All Things Acro reserves the right to deny refunds on orders older than 30 days.
*HOLIDAY SEASON: Any item ordered between November 1st through December 31st will be able to return their item by January 31st.

Return Like-New Policy: For sanitary reasons, products should be explored and evaluated BEFORE use in public dance and fitness classes. Any Returned or Exchanged item(s) that arrive in worn/used condition or that has not returned in its original packaging, will be subject to a 15% Restocking and Disinfecting Fee. Items returned that do not meet the Return-Like-New-Policy, will be sent an RLNP form for signing and processing.
